Bosnia and Herzegovina – Call for tenders

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is implementing the project “Building democratic participation in the City of Mostar” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2021.

In that context, it is looking for a local Provider for provision of services of services related to the random selection of citizens to participate in the deliberative process and to the advertisement and data collection in the process of selection of the deliberation topic.

The expected start date is 5 April 2021. The deadline for tendering is 25 March 2021.
